Erickson Financial Services now offers a new standalone dental insurance product from UnitedHealthOne.

When using a networked dentist, this United Health dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventive services, 80% of the cost of basic services, such as fillings, and 50% of the cost of major services, such as crowns, up to a $1000 per year annual maximum.

Premiums are extremely competitive; as low as $22/mo for an individual! This plan also features a large selection of networked dentists to choose from, AND you can choose your preferred effective date:  coverage can begin as early as the day after the enrollment form is completed online.  Enrollment is easy.  Simply click this link.  Then click "Continue".  Put in your zipcode.  On the next page, put in your gender and age.  Then, at the bottom of the page, click the box that says, "Dental Insurance".  The next page will give you a quote for the available plans.  If you are not opposed to using a UHC dentist, you will want to buy the Dental VALUE plan.  However, if your dentist is NOT in the network, you will want to buy the Dental PREMIER plan, which provides greater reimbursement for out of network dentists.
